In the first quarter of 2023, we were able to put a complete wood pellets terminal into operation for an Upper Austrian customer – namly Sägewerk Rumplmayr, which has now also started pellet production. A total of four silos, a drying system and two pellet presses were manufactured and installed by Knoblinger for the new plant based in Ennshafen. In full operation, this corresponds to a capacity of 80,000 tons, which corresponds to the consumption of around 16,0000 households. Donausäge Rumplmayr is therefore the second largest pellet manufacturer in Upper Austria.
